I was doing the 2018 past paper, and for Question 1b) I drew my isomers in structural formulae because the question asked for it but I checked the answers, and the answers were in condensed structural formulae. Would I lose marks for drawing the structural formulae instead of condensed structural formulae?
No you won’t get marked down. In fact it is a good idea to use structural formulae so you can check that carbons have four bonds etc. Good luck for tomorrow and good on you for doing past papers
