Hey, I was wondering if we do all the calculations for DC circuits using conventional current (so from positive to negative)???

Essentially yes, although the use of positive to negative is mostly relevant to the use of your right hand grip and slap rules. At L2, in the calculations you will use for circuits, it is unlikely to matter. If you’d like to post an example question I’d be happy to talk you through it.
