Are you talking about if you are answering a question about language features specifically? You can, but my advice would be to weave some techniques of cinema into your examples - eg you might be talking about symbolism, and then talk about how the symbolism is emphasized by a close up, or the way the lighting is used on it, or the way the dramatic music emphasizes its significance.
