What is needed in the recommendation part in Linear Algebra when referring to the graph.

There is generally a question regarding making a choice, for example, this might be choosing the cheapest option for something. Using the graph, identify the area of the graph that answers the question and reference it. One example is choosing a taxi company from three different pricing structures. This would mean that you make a recommendation on which company to use by looking for the lowest line, but this might change over different distances and the points where one company being cheapest changes to the next company is where the lines representing those companies intersect (cut through each other).
