are we allowed to use anime as part of our visual texts for level 3 english, and if we are what specifications must we follow?

Anime is a recognised genre so technically yes. Of course, if you studied it at school, your teacher will have suggested how the genre can be approached.

do you think it would be possible to just do some parts of the anime? because some anime are very long, so would we be able to analyse like a couple of episodes?
